Reclaiming Harmony is an Alternative Medician for healing. WHAT TO EXPECT AT A SESSION
When you arrive for a table session you will be invited to sit and discuss your concerns and wishes. There are no expectations, judgments, or ‘right and wrongs.’ This is your session, you are in the driver’s seat. Usually, after about 15-20 minutes, we have an agreement about what issues will be addressed. You will then be invited to lie on a massage table, typically face up and always fully clothed. Once comfortable, a light blanket is offered. Soft meditation music plays while you relax and go within yourself. Although sessions tend to be quiet, there may be times when we dialogue during portions of it to further enhance the healing process. The time on the table maybe 45 minutes to an hour. The session is never rushed. WHAT DO I DO? I clear my energy field so that I am working at my highest potential and serving you to your highest potential for clarity and healing. With more than 20 years of experience and employing the various different modalities I’ve studied, I listen to the energy patterns in your body with a light touch. Your body holds all memories including traumas and unresolved emotions. When memories that no longer serve you are ready to release, the energy pattern in your body subtly shifts and changes. Some see colors, have awareness of the memory or feel the energy and others will not notice the subtle shifts. Whether anything is felt or seen there is no bearing on the healing that’s taking place, nor does it mean anything about you. During our time together, I may teach breathing, grounding, and releasing negative energy tools that are simple, effective, and employed anytime after the session. Sound therapy may also be a part of the session. Following intuition and your concerns and interests determines the specifics of the session.
