We ended 2025 with 1,625 calls for service!!! That averages roughly 5 calls per day. Below are a few more year ending statistics:

- Our top 3 busiest days of the week were Saturday, Wednesday, Friday.

- 17% of our calls originated during our overnight shift of 9pm to 9am

- We’ve had at least 5 calls during every hour of the day and night

- The top 3 hospitals we transported to were Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Concord Hospital, Mt Ascutney Hospital (VT)

-The top 3 hospitals we transported from were Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Speare Memorial Hospital, Cottage Hospital

- Our shortest transport time was 1 minute

- Our longest transport time was 5.7 hours (Jersey bound!)

- Our youngest patient was 4 months old

- Our oldest patient was 102 years young

That is a huge jump from last year (6-months in business) in which were proud to have done 332 calls. We are excited to grow in 2026 and can't wait to see what this year brings.

🎅🚑 Santa has arrived at Priority Care Ambulance Service! 🚑🎅

Today, he made a special stop to drop off gifts for our incredible Charlie and Delta crews. But don’t worry, Santa will be making his rounds throughout the week to be sure the Alpha and Bravo shifts—and all our amazing per diems—get their well-deserved presents too! An astonishing 32 providers!

We want to thank each and every one of our dedicated providers for helping make this year a huge success. Your hard work and commitment to our community mean everything to us.

Yesterday, Priority Care Ambulance Service had the amazing opportunity to participate in Plymouth’s Chief of Police Alex Hutchins Coming Home Parade. After months of dedicated rehabilitation, he was able to be discharged home just in time to enjoy Thanksgiving with his family and community. What an incredible milestone!

We are honored to have been part of such a powerful and emotional welcome home event. The turnout was huge, and our units were proudly on display—many spectators recognized us and showed their appreciation.

Thank you all for helping make yesterday such a meaningful experience for Chief Hutchins, his family, and the Plymouth community.

Huge thank you to Pathfinders Natural Learning Center for the delightful Halloween surprise! We absolutely loved hearing the giggles and little feet sneak into our station and surprise US with candy on their 'reverse' trick or treating event. Such a fun and sweet gesture!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and our EMS crews are proud to stand with those who have fought, continue to fight, and support the fight against breast cancer.
This month, you’ll see our dedicated EMS professionals out in the community “rocking” special breast cancer t-shirts and pink medical gloves as a visible sign of support and solidarity. Together, we honor survivors, remember loved ones, and raise awareness for early detection and research.
Join us in spreading hope and awareness. If you see us in pink, give us a wave or a thumbs up! 💗
