October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and our EMS crews are proud to stand with those who have fought, continue to fight, and support the fight against breast cancer.
This month, you’ll see our dedicated EMS professionals out in the community “rocking” special breast cancer t-shirts and pink medical gloves as a visible sign of support and solidarity. Together, we honor survivors, remember loved ones, and raise awareness for early detection and research.

🚑🎉 Exciting News from Priority Care Ambulance Service! 🎉🚑

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve outgrown our original 1800 sqft unit in Canterbury and have now expanded into an additional unit right next door—totaling 3600 sqft! This big move means even more room for our amazing EMS team, extra trucks, 24-hour in-house dispatching, and much needed secretarial support—all so we can better serve our community.

As we continue to build and grow, we’re creating more possibilities and opportunities for our staff AND the families we serve. We can’t help but notice—does A3 look a little lonely in that big bay? Don’t worry, more backup is on the way! 😉

🚑✈️ This morning, the Priority Care Ambulance Service team had the amazing opportunity to assist a flight crew in transporting a patient from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center to the airport where they were transported all the way to Georgia! We’re proud to be part of such an important journey—helping people get the care they need wherever they are. What an experience! Safe travels to all. 💙

🎈🎂HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY TO US!! 🎂🎉

Priority Care Ambulance Service is proud to be celebrating its 1 year anniversary today!! In just one year, our service has grown remarkably. From starting with a single ambulance and a dedicated crew of two, we now operate three ambulances staffed by 15 highly skilled EMS providers.

During our first year in operation, we have responded to more than 900 calls from over 30 different hospitals and facilities. Our ambulances have transported patients to almost 200 different facilities across six states, accumulating 100,000+ miles in the process… and a lot of oil changes.

Operating seven days a week, Priority Care Ambulance Service offers round-the-clock Basic and Advanced Life Support Services. In addition, we have had the privilege of providing medical standby services at local events and conducted first aid and CPR classes, contributing to the community’s overall health and safety.

As we look to the future, we are eager to expand our services and continue our commitment to excellence.

We are thrilled to announce the delivery of our newest ambulance!!!

A 2024 Ford E350 equipped with a powerful 7.3L V8 engine. This addition marks a significant milestone for Priority Care Ambulance Service as it becomes the third ambulance in our dedicated fleet.

We are truly blessed to be able to expand our resources and further enhance our ability to serve the community with exceptional care.

Last week not only celebrated National EMS Week, but also celebrated our most busiest week of the year with a remarkable 33 calls!!

With the average call taking 3+ hours for a complete turnaround time, that has made for some long shifts. Our team consistently demonstrates hard work, professionalism, and a positive attitude as they work tirelessly around the clock. We are immensely proud of their commitment to serving others, a sentiment that they clearly share in the vital work they do.

It's inspiring to see our team of 14 individuals, each with their unique backgrounds and experiences, come together with a shared purpose: to help others in their time of need. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing group representing Priority Care Ambulance Service.

To every dedicated EMS provider: We see your long shifts, tireless dedication, and unyielding compassion. Your hard work and late nights do not go unappreciated—you are truly the heart of what we do. THANK YOU for being there whenever and wherever our community needs you!

As we step into May, we want to shine a spotlight on Mental Health Awareness Month—especially for our EMS providers. Remember, your empathy and strength aren’t just professional assets—they’re vital forces that heal, comfort, and save countless lives every single day. Priority Care Ambulance Service is wishing every EMS provider and healthcare worker strength, self-care, and resilience as you continue to support others.
