Fear itself is the problem, not fear of this or fear of that. When it tells you to be scared of something, don't get into the "something", whatever it is; but instead feel the feeling of fear itself - the ugly shrewd feeling...

Let it pass through your body and mind like a sinister stormcloud โ˜๏ธ floats through the peaceful blue sky ๐ŸŒค๏ธ. With your eyes closed, feel the breath come into you and bring calmness and strength with it. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช Then hold your breath and let it "soak up" all the fear, worry, tension, and whatever else you want to get rid of, and then blow that out with the out breath. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ

This avoidance can stifle our spiritual ๐Ÿ˜‡ growth and prevent us from fully embracing our true selves.

Embracing vulnerability is a powerful antidote to the fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ of rejection. When we allow ourselves to be open and authentic, we align our energy โšก with our higher self, fostering a sense of overall well-being. Find a quiet and comfortable space. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, feeling the air fill your lungs. As you exhale, release any tension in your body. Visualize a warm, golden light surrounding you, representing love and acceptance. With each breath, imagine this light growing brighter and enveloping you completely. Repeat the affirmation, "I am worthy of love and acceptance," with each inhale and exhale. Allow yourself to bask in this light, feeling its warmth and reassurance. Stay in this space for as long as you need, and when you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment, carrying this sense of worthiness with you.
