Vacation mems…

Featuring funky outfits, piña coladas in Puerto Rico, sunbathing and enjoying a break from a Detroit winter, Dominican rum with Coke and fresh coconuts, having a bird p**p on me (but I took it as a good sign and met another Vietnamese woman I connected with because she gave me a napkin- a true queen), and being a true Cancer who soaked up every minute by the water. 🌊🥥✨

There is something so special about bringing this work into private spaces.

This workshop was hosted for a very cool dental office. The lunchroom was transformed into a creative, connected space. We began with energy cleansings, moved into a guided meditation, walked through my signature vision board process, and then everyone created their 2026 vision boards together.

I love designing private experiences for teams. Creating space for people to slow down, connect with each other, and gain clarity about what’s next is powerful, especially in a workplace setting. When teams feel aligned and inspired individually, it shifts the entire culture.

Wellness belongs everywhere, and especially at work.

When people hear about my life and what I have called in, they usually ask how and want to learn for themselves.

These photos are a highlight reel, yes. But they do not erase the real work, uncertainty, and growth behind the scenes. What unfolded ended up being even better than what I originally put on the board. Not just things, but moments. Memories with people I love. A deeper sense of abundance rooted in meaning, not just more.

Vision boarding, the way I teach it, is about reconnecting with imagination, self-trust, and intention in a grounded, supportive way.

What started as a vision became something deeply meaningful 🤍

Hosting my vision board workshop at my family’s event space in Canton was a full-circle moment. From intentionally preparing the space to witnessing the openness, strength, and vulnerability in the room, it was a reminder of how powerful it is when we slow down and get clear about what we truly want.

We reflected, practiced gratitude, visualized fully manifested futures, and shared stories that reminded us to lead with compassion. The energy was grounding, supportive, and exactly what it needed to be.
