HOW WE WORK FOR FAMILIES
Using our C.A.R.E. CONSULT: Our Senior Living Experts speak directly with you to discuss you or your loved one's care, budget and community goals. Together, we review the needs based on medical care, financial, geographic, and personal preferences to match your loved ones needs and interests. Through our consulting process, we ensure all of our seniors are comfortable, welcomed and cared for in their new home. ACCOMPANY: Having a vast knowledge of the local area, we then identify a number of appropriate communities, schedule and coordinate on-site visits. We know the environment, amenities and the reputations of each community. Our Senior Living Experts are available to accompany you on the tour of the communities and to assist in the decision-making process. RESOURCES: Once you have found the perfect community for yourself or your loved one, we then assist with the coordination of all the necessary paperwork and resources to make the move as smooth as possible. We have a vast network of professionals who can help with any and all of your needs as you transition into your new home. ENSURE: We make periodic visits to the new resident following placement in a community to ensure their emotional and care needs are being met. We continue to consult with the family as long as needed and assist with any concerns or questions that may arise in following the care of the resident.
