We had a shamrockin’ good time celebrating today with our residents and staff! 💚 Our day was filled with delicious treats like hearty shepherd’s pie, warm leek soup, festive shamrock shakes, and a sweet spread of shamrock cookie decorating, gold chocolate coins, and even a rainbow of Skittles! 🌈✨

Our residents had a moo-velous time at our March Sip & Paint! 🎨🐮 This month’s masterpiece featured the adorable (and very fluffy) Highland cows. With drinks in hand and paint brushes ready, creativity was flowing and laughter filled the room🖌️✨

🍀 The luck of the Irish was in the air today! 🍀

We had a wonderful time with the Letovsky Duo at our facility with the lively sounds of the saxophone playing classic Irish tunes in honor of St. Patrick’s Day coming up! Our residents enjoyed clapping their hands, singing along, and celebrating together as we got into the festive spirit!

Music always brings so much joy, and today was no exception! A huge thank you to the Letovsky Duo for bringing the magic of Irish music to our community. 🎷💚

Today we celebrate National Registered Dietitian Day and give a big thank you to our wonderful RD, Holly! 🥗💚

To celebrate the day, Holly encouraged everyone to aim for 26 grams of fiber , a great reminder of how important fiber is for our health. Fiber helps support digestion, keeps our hearts healthy, helps manage blood sugar levels, and keeps us feeling fuller longer.

We are so grateful for Holly and the knowledge, care, and support she brings to our residents and staff every day. Thank you for helping us make healthier choices and reminding us that small habits, like getting enough fiber, can make a big difference! 🌾🍎
