This time of year trips a lot of people up because they think the goal is progress.

It’s not.

The goal is to not let go.

To keep one or two non-negotiables in place. To stay connected to your routine, even if it looks different than usual. To stop treating “busy” as a reason to abandon yourself.

Maintenance during the holidays isn’t failure.

It’s discipline in real life.

Let's rebuild your confidence together!
I've been working with Cassie for almost 6 months now and she's already a brand new person compared to when she first started. She's moving like never before, eating foods she wouldn't touch before this, and most importantly, she's becoming the best version of herself for her and her family!

🚨 If you’re already stressing about the food, slow down.⏳️Thanksgiving isn’t the problem — going in without a plan is.

Don't wait until the food is already in front of you to decide your limits. Plan ahead and go into Thanksgiving with confidence this hear.

Focus on what you can control:
▪️Eat breakfast & start with fiber - fruits & veggies will keep you fuller longer so you're less likely to binge when it's time to feast
▪️Go on a walk within 10 minutes of eating, even it's just inside your home
▪️Set your intent - know the purpose of your plan
▪️Hydrate early - half your water by noon
▪️Drop the guilt - one day won't kill you, but that "screw it" mindset will!
