I've been living off these for the last few weeks now for lunches and they work well. They taste pretty good, keep the calories low, and the protein high.

I think my favorite so far is the sweet and spicy.

You can achieve a LOT of change with very little!

You don't need tons of equipment, you don't need a lot of space, and you don't need even need a gym.

I'm working out today in a 6'x4' space. Yes, I love having access to a gym with tons of equipment and room to roam. But reaching your goals requires discomfort. Today I don't have time for the gym so I'm making due with what's available.

You don't need a lot. You need to move more, and eat less, and stay consistent. This isn't the whole story, but this is where you start. And it's where you can come back to every time you fall off again.

Make due with what you have. Get comfortable being uncomfortable. And start becoming the version of yourself that you dream of being!

I'm a planner so I really struggle with this myself. There is value in planning, which makes it harder to know when it's okay to and when it's not. But planning is not doing. And doing is what makes outcomes happen.

Thinking about doing the thing isn't doing the thing. Thinking about how to do the thing isn't doing the thing. Planning to do the thing still isn't doing the thing.

Stop waiting for everything to be right before you start. Start, and then make things right over time.

If you're still making progress on your New Year's Resolutions, congratulations! You're already in the top 20% of resolutions as up to 80% of people have already abandoned their resolutions by now.

If you've already quit, that's okay, there's always room to restart. Set a new goal. Refine your current one so it's more realistic for you right now. Set SMART goals and make them:
▪️Specific
▪️Measurable
▪️Attainable
▪️Relevant
▪️Timely

If you never set any resolutions to begin with, what are you waiting for? You still have 50 weeks left in the year of working towards your goals.

Stop telling yourself it's not possible and go get the life you truly want for yourself!
