We had a great first day today under new ownership. Many things to highlight from today, but hearing a new client rave about us and classify us as his number one local visit for massage of several places he has patronized was definitely up there and gave us all the warm fuzzies.🤗

After a weekend of lots of updating and moving things in and out, your next visit will treat you to a similar atmosphere with some esthetic and convenience updates for clients and staff alike.

We apologize for the back to back hour adjustments, but we are closing early again today for a Private Event this evening!

The spa will be open for business as usual through 5:30 PM today. As of our event time our phones will be placed on silent for the duration of the event and we will return for business as usual (with no further hour adjustments) Thursday at 9:00 AM.

We will be closing early today (Monday, June 24th). The spa will open for business as normal today, but we will be closing at 5:00 PM.

The countdown to new ownership is moving fast and it's time to have a detailed staff meeting to ensure everyone is understanding our behind the scene changes so we can efficiently fulfill that seamless transition for our clients.

If you've been in to visit us within the last month, you may have heard the whispering going around about some changes coming soon, but we are happy to finally announce our really big news for everyone!
Amadeus Spa is officially changing ownership as of July 1st, 2024! 🥳
Now we know this could be alarming to some of our spa-goers, but we want to ensure you we are doing everything possible to facilitate a seamless transition with our new owner. Some of you may even know or remember her from several years back as she was a popular Massage Therapist on our staff; Erika Graham.
Along with the ownership change, there will be some additional changes, but not to worry, we think you will like what's to come. Here is a glimpse at a few things to expect in the near future as we have most of these items well underway and in progress already.

■ Digital/Online Booking
■ Text Line (Booking/Inquires)
■ Digital Client Intake Forms
■ Appointment Cancelation/No Show Policies
■ Plastic (Reloadable) Gift Certificates
■ Auto Processed Online Gift Certificate Orders (No more processing window for manual entry!)
■ Nail Expansion (We are upgrading our nail corner with new and improved supplies to better fit our client requests.)
■ Service Menu Updates
Our current owner will still be working on staff as our lead waxing Esthetician, so for all our "Kathy" clients don't worry she is NOT leaving and will still be available. For anyone who wants to get in for a final visit of support under Kathy's ownership Era, you've still got time, and we still have availability. 😉

And y'all gave her the day off with no appointments booked for today😅

Casey has had a great start so far with lots of appointments already filtering in on her books, but we of course hope to continue to see more for her. Remember she is available for booking through online means with her Vagaro booking link or via our receptionist like normal.

We will be closed on Monday, May 27th in honor of Memorial Day as we celebrate and remember our fallen heros.

We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday weekend in whatever you choose to do, but please in the midst of it take a moment to speak a Thank You out loud for those heros who never made it back home or made it home only to lose their battle here. To all our fallen, we thank you for your service.

Casey takes her first day on the schedule with a solid 4 clients so far already, but there is plenty room for more! Appointments are always available for booking via phone with our receptionist (330-479-7727) during business hours, but we are thrilled to announce that online access for booking is now available for all your nail care needs. 💅

Services and pricing information have been completed for viewing on our website and Vagaro booking page both. (Vagaro has tax already figured in for easy budgeting.😘)

Pssst! If you thought that our announcement for our newest team member bringing the nails backwas great, you're going to be even more delighted with her availability!

Her books are open with Full-Time availability and she is accepting appointments during almost all business hours.

Casey is available from Open - Close on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. She is available just one hour shorter than our standard business hours on Fridays and she is in on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month for Saturday availability.

Casey will have booking availability both with our receptionist over the phone and online through Vagaro in the coming days. Her books are open with our Receptionist now and the online link will be open by Monday!💅

We have missed our nail services as much as you, but fret no more, because it's official!Beginning next Thursday, May 23rd, nails are back and will be returning FULL TIME!

We are so excited to welcome Casey to our team! She's extremely eager to get started on this nail journey with us and we can't wait to see her books fill up and all her beautiful work she creates.
