🌞 Heat Wave Alert – Stay Safe! 🌞
It’s going to be very hot this week! At Legacy Caregivers, we want to make sure all our clients stay cool and safe.

Here are some simple tips:
✅ Drink water often — even if you’re not thirsty
✅ Wear light and loose clothes
✅ Use fans or AC if you can
✅ Take cool showers or use a cold towel
✅ Let staff know if you feel too hot, dizzy, or tired

We’re here to help! Please let us know if you need anything to stay safe and cool.
