Yesterday I did a thing… I competed in my 1st powerlifting meet! The experience was absolutely amazing! I am still speechless from the energy, support and encouragement from everyone! I am pretty sure our entire gym came to support us💗
My accomplishments:
- I made 8 state records
- I PR’d my squat at 207-pounds
- I made my bench at 115-pounds
that I missed at the charity meet.
- I missed my deadlift of 281-pounds, but nailed the one at 243-pounds!
I am very grateful for all of my family and friends who came to support me and everyone else! Even though I had a blast, I am now beginning my training to take the stage for my bodybuilding show in 2027💪🏻💪🏻

Anastasia Teterichko is board-certified in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care and combines preventive care with a focus on treating the root cause of chronic disease through evidence-based lifestyle medicine. She is committed to meeting patients based on where they are in their life journey and within the context of their family and community.

Anastasia is currently credentialed to see Medicaid (Husky) and Medicare patients for primary care. She is in process of being credentialed with Commercial insurance and Medicare Advantage plans (expected within next 60-90 days).

Wilber is dual-certified in family and psychiatric care, with seven years of experience. Whether you are considering mental health medication or looking for a new perspective, Wilber is here and ready to welcome you with open arms.

From the first time we spoke with Wilber, we knew he was the perfect match for our practice. He values the importance of spending time with patients to truly understand how they are feeling and works with them to achieve their treatment goals.

Wilber is currently accepting new patients for psychiatric services via telemedicine for individuals ages 18 and older. He will have availability starting in two weeks and participates in both Commercial and Medicare insurance plans!

Our physical office location will be closed from 12/20/24-1/2/25 as I will be taking some much needed time away. Carey and Gary will be monitoring Spruce and I will be refilling medications using same our same refill policy process.
If you have an urgent concern during those 2-weeks, that cannot wait, I ask that you please be seen at a local walk-in clinic (ER if appropriate). As I know this can be an inconvenience, I do appreciate your understanding. As a solo practice provider, I too need to pause sometimes and take a much needed ”reset”… as I so many times preach to all my patients💗🎄

We have decided to again do something special during this holiday season, this time focusing on the animals💗 As much as many of us are struggling during these tough times, there are also so many animals abandoned, without homes or food. As much as I would love to adopt and help them all, we have chosen one no-kill shelter to help for Christmas. We contacted Paws 4 Life Animal Shelter in Bolton, CT. and they provided us with a list of things that they could use. There is also a link that donations could be made directly to. Here is a list of things they need:
