Our office is seeking a part time medical receptionist to work in a fast pace family physician office located in Belden Village.
The position would work around 28 hours a week:
• Tuesday 7:45am - 6:00 pm
• Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm
• Thursday : 7:45 am- 6:00 pm
We are looking for someone who is a team player and willing to work extra when needed.

Skills should include: ability to welcome patients to the office, check patients in , confirm patient information, handle phone calls with patients and pharmacies, schedule patients, take/send messages, sort mail, scan records into charts, computer knowledge, balance deposits at the end of shift.

Our office is looking for someone long term, who is willing to grow with our practice.
