After 15y coaching college athletes, I’ve realized a greater calling. So many athletes coming into college have poor motor patterns and low conditioning. This is NOT due to laziness, but the influence of social media, instant gratification, and lack of off season training dedicated to improving FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH.

Working at the D1, and D3 levels, I have seen the trends and developed the systems required to help athletes build REAL, TRANSFERABLE strength to their gameday performance.

These methods ultimately take two things: INTENT, and CONSISTENCY. The catch is, you’ve do the right stuff in the right order.

As a service to the families of athletes who are ready to put in the work, I’ve decided to offer programming to the general public.

Programs cost $25/month, and the first month is free. I keep it inexpensive because I WANT TO HELP YOU!

The NSCA will be sponsoring 4 hours of presentations at AFCA ‘26 in January! I’ll be providing two of those sessions:

➡️ CONTACT PREP AND IN-SEASON TRAINING FOR FOOTBALL

➡️ ENERGY SYSTEM DEVELOPEMENT AND CONDITION FOR FOOTBALL

I’ll break down the differences in position group conditioning demands, and Joe to address those in one session with a limited coaching staff. This will include various drills you can use in the field and in the weight room to improve power endurance.

I’ll also be showing a few of my favorite contact prep drills so you can keep your players ready for the physicality of the game. I’ll address how to implement these drills into your sessions to create a competitive environment.
