Vision Statement: To challenge systematic barriers and ignite change that ensures that everyone has access to the services, tools, and resources necessary to promote good health and wellbeing. We are so grateful for our partners that help us meet the needs of the individuals and families that we serve. A few years ago our CHWs shared that cleaning supplies are difficult to find to help our clients maintain tidy homes...we reached out to our MCO partners and Molina Healthcare answered the call. Molina Healthcare has continued to help us keep cleaning supplies in stock to help us clear the Pathways to a healthier commYOUnity!

Through this partnership, our CHWs are able to provide families a few items every three months. This resource helps ease some of our clients financial and mental stress.

Thank you, Trish & Autumn, for being champions for our continued partnership!

Due to the increased demand we are seeing throughout our community, we will be moving all warming shelter operations to Dueber Elementary beginning tomorrow, Thursday 1/29.

We are asking that everyone share this info throughout our community. Anyone needing transportation can take SARTA route 113 or call Canton City Dispatch after regular hours at 330.649.5800.

Thank you to St. Paul AME for opening your doors to those in need. We truly appreciate your partnership. Our warming shelters have truly been a community effort with so many pitching in to do their part!
