Congratulations to our February Associate of the Month!

We are thrilled to recognize Angela as our February Associate of the Month! Since joining our community in September 2025, Angela has brought boundless energy and enthusiasm to her role as a Life Enrichment Assistant.

Rooted in her experiences growing up in her father’s church, Angela leads with compassion, positivity, and heart in everything she does. Whether she’s leading engaging activities or adding a creative touch to our programs, her dedication to enriching the lives of our residents is truly inspiring.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys whipping up delicious meals, listening to music, and spending quality time with her three amazing children. We are incredibly grateful to have Angela as part of the Waltonwood Carriage Park family! Thank you for all that you do!

Residents in both Independent and Assisted Living were rocking and rolling today while enjoying fantastic live entertainment. The music brought everyone together, filling the room with laughter, dancing, and smiles. It was a wonderful reminder of how music connects generations and creates joyful moments for our community.

Staying safe and warm indoors today, our residents were joined by family members and staff for a fun-filled afternoon of winter-themed games!

Friendly competition brought plenty of laughter, smiles, and excitement as everyone cheered each other on. These moments of connection and joy are what make our community so special, and it was wonderful to see residents, families, and staff spending quality time together while creating new memories.

From Waltonwood to Dollywood, our residents celebrated Dolly Parton’s 80th birthday in true Dolly style 🤠🎶

With a live Dolly Parton impersonator performing her greatest hits, cowboy hats, a dance party, and plenty of photo ops, the celebration was full of toe-tapping fun. Our residents had an unforgettable time honoring a true music icon.

Today we honor and remember the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Dr. King reminded us that service, compassion, and unity have the power to strengthen communities and bring people together. His message of dignity, respect, and caring for one another continues to inspire generations.

Let us reflect on his words and recommit ourselves to creating a place where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported.

His legacy lives on in the simple acts of kindness we share and the way we care for one another.

We are proud to introduce our Resident Care Manager, Brandy Peace, who brings a strong background in long-term care and a deep commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care and advocating for residents’ safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

Resident care is always her top priority. She believes each individual deserves respect, patience, and empathy, and she strives to foster a supportive environment where residents feel valued, heard, and cared for.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and traveling, which help her stay grounded, inspired, and continually growing both personally and professionally.
