We are going into 2021 protected! Your Harmony Family Medicine staff got our 1st of 2 COVID 19 vaccines today. We are determined to stay healthy and take care of our patients and our community.

It is that time of year when Ragweed sneaks up on many of us causing congestion, fatigue, itchy watery eyes, scratchy throat, coughing/wheezing, and sinus pressure. These symptoms usually start in mid September and may not end until after the first hard frost. Dr. Neely recommends for her patients that are suffering with these symptoms to take a daily allergy medication like Zyrtec, Allegra or Claritin, and also use a daily allergy nasal spray like Flonase or Rhinocort. (these can be found at our office or your local pharmacy) We also have some natural supplements and essential oils here at the office that can help in lessening the severity of these symptoms as well.
