What an AMAZING night of worship on Wednesday night!

The worship band from Perry Christian Church provided us with a night spent worshiping Jesus, our Lord and Savior!

Some of our residents said that we had a small revival and were touched by Jesus and those that provided the worship! Some mentioned that they would like to do this every week! 🥰🤎

Perry Christian Church, thank you for bringing a revival to our home and for loving on our residents! We CANNOT wait until the next time!!!

We here at Canton Christian Home are wishing you and yours a very Happy Resurrection day!!! ✝️

We had the privilege of celebrating all week long. 💐🐰🥚✝️

We colored Easter eggs, had Easter eggs hunts, made Easter crafts, made delicious treats from our colored Easter eggs, had a breakfast for dinner party, an empty tomb scavenger hunt, movie nights, Good Friday service, surprise treats from some of our lovely volunteers, which included Easter flowers and individualized easter baskets for every resident, and most importantly Easter service today!

The bunnies, baskets, flowers, sweet treats, eggs, and hunts were all amazing! The kindness and generosity of people’s time and resources were overwhleming and truly a blessing for each and every resident this week. But most importantly, our week centered around what Jesus did for us on that cross!

The celebrations are great, but there is nothing worth celebrating more than the life and resurrection of Jesus. How fortunate are we to have a Savior who sacrificed everything for all of us!

We hope that whatever you are doing today, whether that be working, spending time with friends and family, or maybe queitly reflecting alone, that you are reminded that you can live in the joy and hope of a life here after all because of the love of God.

Best April fools day ever!!!! 🤣

We had the Prank Bergade strike throughout most of our admin. team’s offices!!! These team of masked pranksters were busy on Tuesday night, making sure that our lovely admin team had a pluthera of suprises waitng for them on April 1st!

The Activity staff had some pranks in mind as well! They passed out doughnuts iced with mayonnaise to every resident!!! But, the joke was on us, because they all LOVED THEM!!! 🤣

So much laughter and fellowship! Look out!!! We have already begun scheming for next year!!!

There’s no day like a glow day!!!

We had so much fun at our glow parties this week!!! We had a wonderful time bowing, corn-holing, tic-tac-toeing, and target practicing! There were so many laughs and so much camaraderie! We cannot wait to do it again! 💚

🌸Happy Spring, Everybody!🌸

How did you enjoy your day?

We at CCH had a blast at our First Day of Spring Social!!!

Everyone got their “flower power” on with their very own pair of spring glasses and potted plant dessert!

And of course, we had to bust out our guitars and microphones because we had entertainment by our friend, Jay Secrest, who always makes any party SPECTACULAR! 🎉

The singing, the dancing, the rollerskating, and most importantly, the laughter and smiles, filled up our aultman dining room with the most spring cheer we could possibly have!!!

We then took the party door to door with a speaker, some great tunes, and some eager activity staff, to continue spreading some spring cheer to our friends who weren’t able to make it!💕

What a fabulous day!!! We hope your first day of spring was just as swell!🌸🥳

Shout out to Cathy Cowgirl Remarkable Flowers who dropped off this lovely boquet of flowers for the staff and residents to enjoy on St. Patrick’s Day!

It is so beautiful and proudly sits at our receptionist’s desk for all who enter our building to enjoy!!!

Our Shenanigators were up to some Shenanigans today at our St. Patrick’s Day Parties!!!🍀

Blind folded taste tests (green food edition), snacks galore, brain teasers and games, laughter, suspense, but most importantly, togetherness! 💚

We love any excuse to party!
