We are an authentic classical Pilates Studio that has the pleasure of serving Canton, Milton, Alpharetta, and Woodstock since 2011. We feature top of the line Gratz equipment for an authentic New York style Pilates experience. All instructors on staff have been certified by Romana Kryzanowska (Joseph Pilates protege) and/or a member of her certifying staff which ensures the highest quality Pilates instruction available.
