🍳✨ Tasty Tuesday with Comfort Keepers ✨🍳

Nothing says comfort food quite like a homemade Eggs Benedict! 🌟 At Comfort Keepers, we know that food is more than just a meal — it’s love, joy, and connection. Preparing special dishes like this for our clients is just one way caregivers bring comfort and motivation to everyday moments. 💚

This classic breakfast favorite is rich, flavorful, and a reminder that even the simplest recipes can uplift the spirit. Sharing food creates smiles, sparks conversation, and turns an ordinary day into something extraordinary. 🌈

✨ Try this easy recipe at home:
Ingredients:
• 2 English muffins, split and toasted
• 4 slices Canadian bacon (or ham)
• 4 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons white vinegar
• ½ cup butter (melted)
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Pinch of salt & cayenne (optional)

Directions:
1. Toast English muffins and lightly brown Canadian bacon in a skillet.
2. To poach eggs: bring a saucepan of water to a gentle simmer, add vinegar, and crack in eggs one at a time. Cook ~3 minutes until whites are set but yolks are runny.
3. For hollandaise sauce: whisk egg yolks and lemon juice in a heatproof bowl. Slowly drizzle in hot melted butter while whisking until thick and creamy. Add salt/cayenne to taste.
4. Assemble: Place Canadian bacon on muffins, top with poached eggs, and spoon hollandaise sauce over each.
