Sheri-Ella's Natural Health and Wellness is beyond blessed to be working with this wonderful group of young ladies! I love their heart and passion to learn God's medicine, so they can help people truly heal!
Today in the studio at Hosner Gallery, these students learned how to make a natural antibiotic called, "Garlic Fermented Honey". It's anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and anti-fungal.
Did you know that a person shouldn't have more than two rounds of (prescription) antibiotics in their lifetime!? Why you ask? Because it's derived from mold, which strips the gut flora, causing long term gastrointestinal issues and UTI's. The ONLY time it should be used, is in a life and death situation.
"Garlic Fermented Honey" is an amazing alternative because its a HUGE Immune booster, repairs the gut flora, aids in allergy relief, and reverses Cold/Flu symptoms swiftly! π
These students will begin turning and burping their tinctures daily (at home) for the next two weeks. After the fermentation process is complete, they'll continue to sit in a dark, cool place until it's fully medicinal and mature on May 19th, GRADUATION DAY!! ππ How cool is that!?
Garlic Fermented Honey will NEVER expire and only gets better the longer it sits. You can take this as a preventive or the onset of sickness. One tsp daily is recommended for prevention and 3 tsp a day when feeling run down or sick.
