Shake, Rattle, and Roll! 🕺✨

We took a trip down memory lane to celebrate Elvis Presley’s birthday. Music has a special way of bringing back memories, and what better way to complete the experience than with Elvis’s signature snack-grilled peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

There was plenty of music, lots of smiles, and maybe even a few hip swivels. It’s safe to say these sandwiches are "Always on Our Mind!"

Raise a glass (and a snack!) to National Bloody Mary Day! 🍹✨

​We took "the works" to a whole new level at Allay Senior Care. Our residents and staff had a blast DIY-ing their ultimate Bloody Mary Mocktails.

​From the spicy tomato kick to the "forest" of garnishes—olives, pickles, celery, and savory meat and cheese sticks—it was basically a charcuterie board in a glass! 🧀🥓🥒

Warm hearts and full mugs! ☕️✨

​There’s nothing quite like a hot cocoa bar to bring everyone together. We had a wonderful afternoon at Allay Senior Care watching our residents, families, and staff mix up their perfect cups of cocoa.

​From extra whipped cream to a sprinkle of peppermint, the best ingredient was definitely the company! ❤️

We had an absolute blast ringing in the new year at Allay Senior Care!🎉

Our residents counted down with a fantastic balloon drop, donned their snazziest party hats, blew their horns, and enjoyed delicious hors d'oeuvres and sparkling juices! What a wonderful way to celebrate new beginnings!

Oh, deer! 🦌🎯

​We had a blast undecorating the halls at Allay Senior Care of Meyers Lake! Taking down the holiday cheer can sometimes be a chore, but the students from CAST - Caring And Serving Together turned it into a full-blown adventure.

​Not only did these amazing volunteers help us pack away the tinsel, but they were also good enough sports to wear deer antlers and let our residents go "hunting" with Nerf guns while they worked!

​A huge thank you to the CAST Club for the helping hands and the endless laughs. Our residents (and their aim!) are second to none. We love seeing these two generations come together for laughs, service, and a little bit of friendly competition. We already can't wait to have them back!

Our residents at Allay Senior Care had a wonderful afternoon staying cozy inside while crafting their very own DIY snow globes. There’s something so nostalgic about watching the "snow" fall, and the creativity in the room was truly inspiring.

During the holidays, our home was brightened by a very special Memorial Tree. It was a beautiful reminder of the friends we said goodbye to in 2025. Though they are no longer with us, their spirits remain a cherished part of our community family. ❤️

For those families who would like to take their loved one's ornament home, they are now available for pickup.

More than just a support group—it’s a community. ❤️

Looking back at our December gathering at Allay Senior Care, our hearts are still full! Our families took a moment to breathe, share stories, and get creative by hand-crafting these beautiful holiday ornaments.

It was a wonderful reminder that while caregiving is a journey of giving, it’s also important to receive support and joy. We believe that supporting a loved one is easier when you have a village behind you.

​Looking ahead to the new year, we want you to know you don’t have to walk this path alone. 🤝
