Chiropractic care doesn’t have to involve any cracking at all.

Chiropractic care isn’t all “cracking.” Many people get treated with soft-tissue work, dry needling, cupping, fascial techniques, laser therapy, or corrective exercises without a single manipulation.

You’re always in control. A good chiropractor will tailor treatment to your comfort level. If you don’t want an adjustment, you simply don’t get one. Period.

Results come from the right plan, not one technique. Mobility work, muscle release, activation exercises, and targeted rehab often create just as much relief—sometimes more—than traditional joint manipulation.

Dr. Ally stopped by with some essential desk-posture tips for anyone who spends hours sitting at a desk 👩‍💻💆‍♂️

✨ Relax your shoulders: Avoid hunching or letting your shoulders creep up toward your ears. Keep them soft and down to reduce tension in your neck and upper back.

✨ Turn your chair to face your monitor: Make sure your head is aligned with your screen instead of twisting or leaning to the side — this helps prevent neck and spine strain.

✨ Adjust monitor height: Your screen should be at eye level so you’re not constantly looking up or down, which can cause neck discomfort.

✨ Keep arms at 90° while typing: Position your elbows close to your body and your forearms parallel to the floor. This protects your wrists, shoulders, and elbows from repetitive strain.

Small adjustments can make a big difference in how your body feels at the end of the day! 🙌

Sitting pretty…proving you can look effortlessly good and keep your posture on point. 😉

Here are 5 posture tips for a picture-perfect seated setup:

1️⃣ Sit tall from the hips — lengthen through the spine so the pose looks natural, not slouched.

2️⃣ If you must cross your legs, do it lightly and only for a short time to keep your pelvis aligned (and your photo looking effortless).

3️⃣ Stack your ribs over your hips for that balanced, confident look without forcing it.

4️⃣ Relax your shoulders down and away from your ears

5️⃣ Keep your head centered — imagine a string lifting the crown of your head for that polished, lifted vibe.

Because “sitting pretty” hits different when your posture is photo-ready and healthy. 💙
