If you are committed to stop treating symptoms and get to the cause of your issues, I am the therapist for you! Together we get to the cause which ultimately decreases pain, even if you have been like this "forever" and even if your doctor said your case was the "worst."

Today, the world lost a remarkable man, John F. Barnes. He was a true pioneer in the field of myofascial release and dedicated his life to advancing this work.

I had the privilege of learning directly from John over the years, and the results were so profound that I made the decision to shift my practice to focus exclusively on myofascial release.

This work has helped me deeply on a personal level with my own chronic pain, and now I am honored to carry on his legacy by sharing this work and supporting others on their healing journeys.

I am incredibly grateful for the knowledge he shared and the impact it continues to have. He will be missed by many.

Hi friends! 👋 It's been a little while since I've shown up on here!

The past few months have been full of life and change- I got baptized, married, took a beautiful honeymoon, and have been busy connecting with people offline at some amazing events and speaking opportunities.
