When you have an injury to your MCL, you lose passive stability of the knee joint to the medial side (inside part of the knee)‼️

In the rehab process it’s critical to rebuild the other soft tissues around the medial knee to be able to provide the stability that has been lost from the injury to the ligament 💪

Knees caving in (otherwise known as dynamic knee valgus) is an inevitable part of sports 👀 so avoiding this position in training at all costs is actually increasing your risk for injury 🤯

We’d rather gradually expose our bodies to this position and learn how to move into and out of this position with neuromuscular control 💪
