Torch killed it yesterday!
What a great day it was! We are missing so many members of our team in this photo. It's almost impossible to get a picture with everyone.
To say that, I am proud of how everyone competed and how they conducted themselves would be an understatement. Thank you to everyone who competed and came out to support you should be proud of yourselves.
We have an awesome team. We placed 8th out of 115 teams and we are only 1 and a half years old. I think that is pretty awesome! 🔥🔥🔥

Work was done on this Monday morning!
Solid room, some of the guys had to head out before the picture so we are missing a few. We go hard but never ill intent.
Glad to host some of our family in and himself along with two other veterans and who also happen to be great men they are legends in my book. 🔥

Reminder the Women's only self defense class start this Saturday the 6th at 9am
And starting next Wednesday the 10th at 7:30pm is women's only Jiu-jitsu with coach

Our first women's self defense class is in the books with coach Brooke!
We can't wait to see this class flourish and see the the impact it has on women of Cherokee County.
