I am a big believer in food as medicine, but there are few supplements I recommend to pretty much all my patients. One is magnesium! Happy feast day of St. Gianna! Saint Gianna is one of the patron saints of infertility. She chose life during her fourth pregnancy when she was told to abort. She unfortunately developed an infection postpartum and died about a week later of having her 4th child. I had the humbling opportunity to meet her daughter, also Gianna, that she died having at Holy Spirt several years ago. Have a blessed day feast day of Saint Gianna!
