We are a grassroots organization made up of peers (people who have been diagnosed with an illness) and family members, friends, and caregivers. Join us for NAMI Hearts+Minds, a free 5-week wellness series designed to help you better manage your health — mentally and physically. This peer-led class is taught by individuals with lived experience, and stipends are available for those who complete the course.
