Adopt a Mom and Pop Inc was one of the sponsors at Grayson Ridge 55 plus community, senior prom! This time of the year, we give back to seniors for National senior appreciation day which is coming up on August 21st. This event was all about them. Everyone had so much fun!
We voted for the king and Queen, best dressed male and best dressed female.

Turn those aches into action!
If you’re waking up because of discomfort, consider doing some gentle stretching or yoga before bed and right after waking. It helps loosen stiff joints and muscles and can actually improve your sleep. Also, make sure your mattress and pillows support your body well—sometimes small upgrades make a big difference.

And remember:
If your body’s ringing the alarm, it might be time for a tune-up! Don’t ignore persistent pain check in with your doctor to rule out anything more serious.
