I keep seeing how much D3 needs to be in our bodies to help with COVID-19. This is very important to look into. Studies have shown your vitamin D3 levels are the lowest in winter and that is why more people get sick that time of year.

Some Studies also shown the ways in which vitamin D reduces the risk of viral infections. Also, Vitamin D deficiency contributes to acute respiratory distress syndrome.
