Healing is not a two day process. It takes awhile all based on how much work you are willing to do! It requires Surrender. Surrendering to Ownership of what you did and what “They” did. Then, forgiving it all. Only then can you see it as the Illusion that it was and that it was all for you to learn and Heal from.
