…but what if you’re being told you’re NOT enough? I find that draining and exhausting.

The news was a lot last week.
The weather changes were a lot last week.

The good news? Well, we survived 💯 of it. We’re still here, though weary and wounded.

All we can do is let go of what’s too heavy to carry right now, and find our “I am OK” in just one moment. Then the next…and the next…

Reiki can help us find that moment.

I don’t know about you, but as the sun starts to set on a really busy summer, I find myself still looking for rest and recharge.

Are you headed back to college this week, or going for the first time? Feeling a little nervous? How about the moms out there? Is work about to get crazier as summer hours come to a close? And local schools start up in just three weeks (senior year for some of us).

This…..has been the story of my life (and the last few weeks). I try and I fall. I start over. I try and I meltdown. I start over. Rinse and repeat to infinity and beyond. 😂

But that’s all we can do, right? Start over again tomorrow. And if we’re lucky, we have a few people in our corner who help pick us back up and offer a tissue so we can start over again.

Today’s a good day. The sun is out and it’s not 100 degrees. Do you need one of those people to help pick you up so you can start over? Would you let me help you?

I have time for Reiki this evening (Wednesday) and actually during the day tomorrow and through most of the long weekend. I’d love to see you at the studio in Canton, but if you just don’t have the bandwidth to leave home and really need a tissue, I’m willing to come to you this time. Or we can do a distance healing session online. I just get how hard it can be to start over alone. Truly. 🫂❤️
