Hello and welcome to YogaCHI with ME. I am Mary Ellen Mullins. For over 16 years I’ve been helping individuals throughout the Valley achieve wellbeing in mind, body and spirit, My unique, gentle exercise method, YogaCHI, combining Yoga and CHI Gong strengthens core muscles, helps rid toxins from the body, enhances the immune system, and slows the aging process. YogaCHI, is a gentle, and balanced practice that incorporates breath and energy work, stretching, strengthening, and relaxing – it’s restorative and transformative. When you practice YogaCHI with ME you’ll discover the joy of mindful movement and experience a newfound gratitude and enthusiasm for your body, and your life.
