In advance of your massage appointment, confirm that your practitioner is properly licensed in Ohio, which has particularly demanding requirements for massage licensure that are not transferable from other states. It is also vital to recognize the clear distinction between a graduate of a cosmetology program and a holder of a degree in massage therapy, given that a cosmetology license does not authorize its holder to provide massage services related to therapy. Verify the practitioner's certification and licensure, taking into account the differing laws and regulations, and the fact that licenses from other states are not recognized in Ohio.

Thursday: 10:30-1
Friday: 9-2

This morning, I woke up feeling stiff and sore, but I refused to let it get the best of me. After a few minutes of exercise, my body began to loosen up and I started to feel revitalized. Thirty minutes in, I felt like a new person. It was a powerful reminder that movement and strengthening our bodies are key to reducing pain and discomfort. I encourage my clients to find ways to incorporate movement into their daily lives, even if it's just a short walk or some light stretching. And of course, regular massages can work wonders too!💆🏼‍♀️💆🏽💆🏿‍♂️
