Who are We? At the Z Spot the instructors, Personal Trainers, and Staff are regular women just like you! We all face our own fitness challenges and we are dedicated to supporting and encouraging you along your particular journey to a healthier lifestyle. At the Z Spot our mission is to create a community of every age and fitness level who will inspire and challenge each other to achieve their ultimate fitness goals while having fun and feeling strong and healthy. We offer a large variety of exciting group classes from the latest trends in fitness suitable for every fitness level that emphasize Cardiovascular Endurance, Strength and Endurance, and Flexibility Training. The Z Spot also offers other fitness options such as Fitness and Nutrition wellness group Cultivating Healthy, Personal Training, Small Group Training, TRX Suspension Training, Youth Fitness Programs,
Special Events, and Fitness Improvement Workshops all to add spice and variety to your workout routines.
