✨ She’s officially out of the shadows ✨

After the little sneak peek, here’s the full logo 💙

With a few subtle changes, it now intentionally incorporates the most important part of my life, my faith. It’s woven in quietly but boldly, and it feels fully aligned with who I am and how I serve.

The signs are going up this week and I’m excited to be working with on the signage. I can’t wait to see it up.

Santa (aka The Bird’s Nest) nailed it this year.

“All you need is love & a dog”… and honestly, that’s the whole vibe here.

And before anyone asks, she’s only on the furniture for photo purposes 😂 We do keep this place nice and clean.

Athletes can have big, powerful lower legs and still deal with knee pain. The calf muscles play a major role in how the knee absorbs force and stabilizes.

When they’re tight or overworked, that tension can travel right up to the knee.

Strong doesn’t always mean mobile.
Big doesn’t always mean healthy.
Train hard. Recover smarter. Your knees will thank you.

I truly believe in the power of prayer and in the love of Jesus. When you leave a request here, I will be praying over it and trusting Him with whatever you’re carrying.

My practice isn’t just about caring for the body. It’s about caring for the whole person. 💛 Body, mind, and spirit.

You are never alone in what you’re walking through. He sees you, and it would be an honor for me to pray alongside you.

This girl worked until 5:30pm today, sharing calm energy, tail wags, and lots of love with everyone who walked through the door. 🐾
Therapy dogs are known to help reduce stress, ease anxiety, and create a deeper sense of relaxation.
Healing comes in many forms… sometimes it has four legs.
