Your postpartum core doesn’t need more ab workouts — it needs a better foundation. Here’s what your body actually needs first 👇

✔️ Pressure management
✔️ Core + pelvic floor coordination
✔️ Deep core connection

If this isn’t there yet …
More workouts can lead to:
– leaking
– pressure
– pain

Let us help you start from the inside out 🤍

Hovering over the toilet = your pelvic floor working overtime 👀

Sit down, relax and let your body do its thing.

April is C-section Awareness Month

A Cesarean birth is not “the easy way out.”
It’s a major surgery — and your healing deserves attention, too.

Many women are left dealing with scar tightness, core weakness or discomfort without much guidance.

But you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Supporting the scar is an important part of recovery. Techniques like myofascial release can help improve mobility, reduce discomfort and restore connection to your body.

You are not broken.
Healing is possible.
And you deserve support every step of the way. 🤍

That bedtime “just in case” p*e feels harmless …
… but it can actually train your bladder to feel urgency when it doesn’t need to.

If you find yourself making multiple trips before bed, here are a few things that can help:
✨ Try to stop fluids about 2 hours before bed
✨ Limit bladder irritants like caffeine, carbonation and alcohol
✨ Try double voiding (sit, fully empty, stand up, then sit again for those last few drops)
✨ Check in with your pelvic floor — urgency isn’t always just a bladder issue

Your body isn’t being dramatic — it’s responding to patterns.
And the good news? You can retrain those patterns. 🤍 We can help, let's talk!

Girl … if this sounds familiar, I can help 🤍

If you’re crossing your legs, clenching or mentally preparing every time a sneeze hits … you’re definitely not alone.

A lot of women experience leaking with sneezing, coughing or laughing — especially after pregnancy or as our bodies change over time.

But here’s the thing: it may be common, but it’s not something you just have to live with.

Your body isn’t failing you — it just needs better support, coordination and strength in the right places.

Okay listen Moms — between snacks, spills and someone yelling “MOM!” every 3 minutes, let me show you a secret reset button … and it involves literally doing nothing 🙌 This is one of the best positions for relieving pelvic pressure or heaviness.

It’s called “legs up the wall,” and yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. I sneak away, plop on the floor, throw my legs up and just breathe for 3-10 minutes. Somehow it melts the tension out of my back, calms my brain and gives me just enough sanity to go referee round 47 of sibling negotiations 😅

You can add variations:
- Legs straight up
- Legs open wide
- Knees bent with feet on the wall

If you need a quick, no-equipment, hide-in-your-bedroom-for-5-minutes kind of reset — this is it. Highly recommend. 10/10, would escape again!

If you’re pregnant and thinking about how to prepare your body for birth, this is for you. 🤍 Here’s what one mama shared after prioritizing her pelvic health during pregnancy:

"As someone completely new to pelvic floor therapy, I was hesitant but decided to give it a try after a family member highly recommended Jenny at Grounded Grace Pelvic Health. I started around 30 weeks pregnant, specifically preparing for an all-natural delivery.

Jenny has been absolutely wonderful! She's incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly educate me on all the services she offers, explaining everything clearly so I could make fully informed decisions about what treatments felt right for me and which ones I preferred to skip. I love that she provides a great balance of in-office care with practical exercises and home strategies to keep progressing between visits.

I'm genuinely excited to see how this preparation impacts my labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery—especially compared to my previous three deliveries. Jenny's compassionate, patient-centered approach has made the whole experience empowering and comfortable."

When life feels overwhelming …
your body doesn’t just “think” stress — it holds it.
And one of the most common places?
👉 Your pelvic floor

As a mom of 5, I understand how easy it is to stay in that constant state of tension … holding everything together for everyone else. But here’s the thing — your pelvic floor isn’t meant to stay “on” all day.

Sometimes the first step isn’t strengthening …
it’s learning how to let go.

🤍 I pray over my patients.
🤍 I pray for gentle healing.
🤍 I pray for restored confidence.
🤍 I pray for women to feel strong again.

And then we do the practical work.
- Breathing.
- Strengthening.
- Restoring connection.
- Rebuilding trust with your body.

Faith and physical care are not opposites.
If you’re looking for a place where:
• Your questions are welcome
• Your modesty is respected
• Your faith is safe (but never pressured)
• And your healing matters
You’re in the right place.

You were not created to live in silent discomfort. There is hope. And there is help. 🤍
