Revitalized.

What makes you happy? What feeds your fire? What cleanses your soul?

Nature and time with horses do that for me. After an absolutely rockstar year of serving others through the presence of Myofascial Release, I was blessed with a recharge in Sedona. Alongside the company of one of my best and most supportive friends, I journeyed into the vortexes and transcended spiritual realms to feed my inner child. As John F. Barnes would say, we can only take our clients as far as we've gone ourselves.

I am eager to return in the new year ready to help you all journey even deeper into the realms of your own healing.

Healing hands from healing horses. It's where my MFR journey started.

There's something about horse dust on your hand, horse breath on your cheek and the rustle of the wind flowing through your hair that grounds us. Big thanks to my friend Shawn for sharing her ponies with me today.

When my second horse came into my life, he required a level of presence I had yet not learned. His invitation led me to myofascial release and an incredibly successful career in helping others feel more deeply. That's what the work is all about.

Love this visual for helping understand what the horse feels when someone sits sit crookedly in the saddle.

I also like to think of it as a toddler on your shoulders trying to reach across to grab something think how much harder it is for you to stay balanced.
