Congratulations to Grace Ayala, recipient of a Physical Therapy Unlimited scholarship.

Grace attends John Paul II High School, where she has been involved as a Student Ambassador, a member of the JP2 Leadership Team, has been a Solidarity Leader, and a member of the Upperclassmen Retreat Team. She also played varsity volleyball.

Grace has also been active with the Teen A.C.T.S. Leadership Team at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

The P.T.U. Scholarship is designed to assist college-bound students cover some of the expenses incurred when starting their quest for a higher education.

After 44 years as a physical therapist and 36 of those in private practice, it is now time to seriously look into retirement.

I started in April, 1984 as a small, afternoon and evening practice in New Braunfels. My first clinic was in a n old, 2-bedroom house that stood in what is now a Schlitterbahn parking lot.

Eventually my business grew to 5 clinics in NB and the surrounding areas.

Several years ago I decided to start downsizing. What remains of Physical Therapy Unlimited is the clinic in Sattler (Canyon Lake), Texas.

Thanks to our great staff, we have done very well the past 3-4 years. This year has been tougher but we are now getting back to business as usual after this coronavirus issue.

However, it is now time for me to pursue the sale of this practice and step away from physical therapy altogether.

Thanks to all who have helped make this such a successful run.
