Well, not exactly...there are many layers of soft tissue that you are actually sitting on. They are muscles that connect the front and hind limbs and neck...and fascia that wraps the whole body and ligaments that protect the integrity of the spinal column....and nerves...and vessels ......pretty big deal when you think about it......
