For this week's , try this posture-saving Wall Angel stretch to open your chest and reduce mid-back tension from sitting:
1️⃣ Stand with your back flat against a wall.
2️⃣ Place your arms in a “goalpost” position — elbows and wrists touching the wall if possible.
3️⃣ Slowly raise your arms overhead, keeping contact with the wall the whole way.
4️⃣ Repeat 8–10 times.
You’ll feel your shoulders release and your spine thank you instantly!

Ingredients:
1 sweet potato (cubed)
2 cups spinach
2 eggs
