You’ll need:
½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
2 tbsp homemade (or low-sugar) cranberry sauce
¼ diced apple

If sitting has your lower back talking louder than your inbox, try this:
1️⃣ Stand with feet hip-width apart
2️⃣ Gently rock your pelvis forward (tiny tilt)
3️⃣ Then rock backward
