1️⃣ Stand tall near a wall or chair for balance
2️⃣ Rise up onto your toes
3️⃣ Slowly drop your heels back to the floor

This quick move helps counter stiffness from daily routines.
1️⃣ Stand tall with feet hip-width apart
2️⃣ Raise one arm overhead
3️⃣ Gently lean to the opposite side
4️⃣ Hold for 15–20 seconds, switch sides
This opens the side body and encourages better rib and shoulder movement — areas that affect breathing and posture more than most people realize.
