                                            I mean truly happy. I didn’t even know what that meant for so long. There were moments of feeling “happy”, but it was very fleeting, until I started a true healing path with my teacher  Here are a few things I did to obtain true JOY. 
First, I stopped consuming animals. By no longer ingesting their fear, panic and death energy I immediately felt less anxious and depressed. I also loved animals, so why would I want to murder them so I could enjoy a burger? 
Second, I began doing healing work of my core wounds. I’m still doing this and will always be doing this work. This work has drastically changed my relationship with myself, my spouse and my children. 
Third, l quit alcohol and w**d. I used to drink often and literally smoked w**d every day for over 10 years. Drugs and alcohol open you up to entity attachments and are a used to numb you from your childhood trauma. Giving this up truly allowed me to feel my feelings - all of them!
