Our Cape Coral location is finally receiving a much needed and much overdue upgrade! 💪🏼We are waiting on more equipment to arrive, and we still have more changes to come, so please be patient with us. We hope you love this exciting transformation. ☺️

Big things are happening! 💥 We’re leveling up your fitness experience by adding more of what you’ve been asking for—space, equipment, and flexibility. 💪🏼This means we’ll be phasing out group classes and repurposing the room into a new space for additional equipment. This change will help us expand our workout floor! 🙌🏼

We will also be replacing some outdated equipment and introducing exciting new equipment from various brands including:

▪️Bonita Springs
CLOSED until power is restored. As soon as we have an update, we will post it here.

➡️All current Smash members from Bonita can use Fort Myers or Cape Coral until power is restored.

➡️24 hour access is only available to All Access Membership holders + key fob purchase. If you’re not sure what membership you currently have please DM us or ask a front desk associate and we will check for you.
