If you’ve ever felt that sharp, burning pain shooting down your leg… chances are your sciatic nerve is irritated — not just tight muscles.

That’s why traditional stretching alone doesn’t always work.
👉 Instead, your nerve needs to move and glide freely — kind of like flossing a stuck thread.

Here’s a simple sciatic nerve slider you can try:
1️⃣ Sit tall on the edge of a chair.
2️⃣ Straighten one leg while flexing your foot toward you.
3️⃣ At the same time, look up slightly.
4️⃣ Then, bring your foot down and tuck your chin gently.
Repeat for 10–15 smooth reps — it should feel like a gentle stretch, not pain.

These movements help the nerve move better through the tissues — restoring motion, easing tension, and helping you get back to walking, bending, and living pain-free again.
