It’s official!
For the past 2 years I have been utilizing “play therapy techniques” to meet the needs of children and families in my community in private practice. In January I had met the strenuous requirements of the Association of Play Therapy and in March I submitted my application to prove that I was worthy of the title “Play Therapist”. Hello….my name is Andrea Gress, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist ™ (RPT ™). I am one of a select few in our community with this level of expertise and I am proud of my accomplishment and commitment to bringing competence to counseling practice with children and families in SWFL.
