CCAG is proud to offer Low-Cost ADOS Assessments to help families in Southwest Florida access timely autism assessments. Once approved, we connect families with a certified ADOS provider and cover up to $300 of the assessment cost.

Eligibility requirements include:
✔ Ages 18 months and up
✔ Referral from a licensed provider
✔ Resident of Southwest Florida
✔ Household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
