Introducing INDRA ALIGN with Sean, an RYT200, physical therapy assistant (PTA), elite personal trainer & powerlifting coach. Sean is also an Army vet with a deep passion for anatomy and how the body truly works.

Indra Align is designed for deep recovery after intense movement, or anyone ready for a functional reset rooted in accessible technique 🤝

Align starts with an intentional warm-up and breathwork, then moves through mobility, deep stretch, and targeted myofascial release using therapy balls and tools to unlock tension and restore range.

Perfect for gym goers, athletes, or anyone wanting a more holistic, integrated approach to mobility through yoga.
