As a clinician, practice owner and human being, equality for all has been a long standing core value. My mission is to provide a safe space for individuals to authentically exist, experience deep healing and create sustainable growth in their lives through mental health therapy and EMDR.
I wish you a happy pride month. You are seen, valued, loved. You belong.

Writing your thoughts, emotions, experiences is a deeply personal and effective way to build the skill of self reflection and will drastically improve your self awareness. I recommend this often during the very first therapy session. Remember that this is a practice for yourself only. Think “this is for my eyes only”, you are completely free to get it all out without judgement or critique. Give yourself permission to express freely.
See where it may take you 💙

My journey as a therapist has been an incredible experience. Every day has been an opportunity to learn and grow through conversations with my mentors and peers, working with individuals and their families, and my own personal practice of self-reflection. It has always been a dream to create a life that allowed me creative freedom, constant educational oppotunities and lifelong learning, the ability to help others in a meaningful way, and the privilege to cultivate life balance. I am truly grateful for each moment that has led to this point. After four dedicated years with the Lifescape Team, I am looking forward to this next chapter. I am thrilled to introduce Embody Therapy and EMDR, LLC a private mental wellness practice focusing on helping individuals on their journey healing the mind, body, and spirit connection.
With love and gratitude,
Courtney
