It is never too early to get up, get out, and get moving! 🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Southwest Florida at this time of year offers some of the best weather for getting a daily dose of outdoor exercise! Keeping active throughout your life can help prevent some of these afflictions that are often attributed to older age. If you or your loved ones are having trouble maintaining their balance, please give us a call! We can help restore balance and get them back to what they love!

The best way to improve physical movement is to keep moving! 🧘‍♀️ So, Dr. Matt tells all of his patients about the importance of "Brushing You Muscles!" Just like brushing your teeth, you should make stretching your muscles a daily habit. Wow!!! We had our “INSPIRE” Leadership and Team Appreciation Summit last Friday and it was our best one ever!!! 🎉🙌 We learned about how enduring suffering and overcoming challenges always bears fruit. We must stay the course! Continue to grow! To serve!!! We must never give up!! This dedication will INSPIRE those around you! We also learned from our keynote speaker, John Willoughby, about the gifts we have been given – and how we can utilize those gifts to contribute our best to the team.

Congratulations to our beloved Chief of Staff, Zaida, who will be retiring from Allied Physical Therapy later this year after more than 20 years of service! We presented Zaida with the “Allied Lifetime Leadership Achievement Award” at Friday's Annual Leadership and Team Appreciation Summit in recognition of her dedicated servant leadership to the Allied family!! We are praying for Zaida as she gets ready for the next season of her life – a well-deserved retirement! 🙏❤️🕊️🎉

Please help us in our annual endeavor to fill Boxes of Joy for needy children around the world! By packing Boxes of Joy with toys and other gifts, participants bless children suffering from extreme poverty by sharing the joy of Christmas and planting seeds of hope.
Get a Box: Ask at the Allied front desk for a box, or use a shoe or plastic box, about 12” X 5”.
Choose and Shop: Shop for gifts appropriate for a child: small toys, hygiene items, school supplies. No food, liquid or combat items, please.
Donate: Please submit separately an envelope with �$9 to cover the cost of shipping to destination country.
Drop Off at Allied by Oct. 3rd! Drop off your box at Allied, fastened with a rubber band only, for distribution – and pray for the mission and the children. 🙏
