She’s one of those people you naturally feel at ease around, which makes her the perfect new patient front desk coordinator. She notices when someone’s unsure and helps people feel comfortable right away, like they’re in the right place.

Every December, our team goes all out, dressing up each day with a different Christmas theme. An now, we're officially inviting you to join in the fun!

🎄 Monday, December 15: Christmas Tees Day with our favorite holiday shirts

😜 Tuesday, December 16: Tacky Tuesday with the loudest and most over-the-top outfits

🧢 Wednesday, December 17: Christmas Headgear & Festive Socks Day with Santa hats, reindeer antlers, and socks that bring a smile to your face

👕 Thursday, December 18: Ugly Christmas Sweater Day where we fully encourage you to bring the tackiest of the tacky

Here’s your reminder that healing rarely moves in a straight line. Some days your body feels great, and other days it feels like you're barely getting by. Both are part of the process. 💙

As your body starts to change, it might test new patterns, release old tension, or bring up emotions you didn’t expect. None of that means you’re plateaued or going backward. It’s just your body working through the stages of healing.

We’ve seen so many people get discouraged when healing doesn’t go as expected. But every step matters, even the hard ones. Your body knows what it’s doing. It just needs time, consistency, and a little patience to get there.

If you’ve been feeling discouraged in your healing process lately, keep looking forward. Stay consistent with your care and trust your body's capabilities. Our team is here to support you through every high, low, and everything in between. ✨

This year has stretched us, strengthened us, and reminded us exactly why we love what we do. 💙

Earlier this year, our team gathered for Vision Casting, grounding ourselves in what matters most and setting intentions for how we serve our patients and community. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how those visions have unfolded through teamwork, growth, and the trust our patients place in us every day. ✨

Today we came together again to cast our vision for 2026, aligning on where we’re headed and how we can continue elevating the experience for every person who walks through our doors. It was a day of connection, clarity, and renewed purpose.
