Huge shout out to Rising Fitness & Nutrition for opening their doors and community to H2. It’s truly been a blast!

I’ve really enjoyed being back in that bootcamp setting and having the opportunity to tap back into that old school H2 vibe.

Rising has created an awesome space that’s a welcoming, supportive environment with great coaches and a community that truly shows up for one another. If you’ve been thinking about checking out a new gym, this is definitely a place worth experiencing.

From the beginning this was never meant to be permanent, and I’m grateful for the time, the people, and the energy shared.

With that being said, final class dates posted if you want to come sweat with me and check out Rising Fitness!

And of course, if Rising ever needs someone to jump in and fill a class down the road, I’m always happy to help.
