Are you feeling overwhelmed by emotions? Struggling with relationships, impulsive behavior, or constant self-criticism? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that teaches practical, life-changing skills to help you to:
Manage intense emotions
Improve communication and relationships
Cope with distress without harmful behaviors
Develop mindfulness and self-acceptance
Over the course of 10 weekly sessions, you’ll learn and practice core DBT skills in a safe, supportive group setting. Each week will cover important key areas. 
• Mindfulness: Be present, aware, and grounded
• Distress Tolerance: Survive crisis moments without making things worse
• Emotion Regulation: Understand and manage emotional storms
• Interpersonal Effectiveness: Set boundaries and build healthy connections
